All Custom and Design your Own embroidered items are not returnable. In the event you have an issue with your custom item please contact us and we can work together to figure out a solution. 

All custom orders that are personalized with a full name or 3 letter monogram, will receive a proof through the email you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your email. Please respond with your thoughts and if you are happy with the proof. This helps us guarantee you are 100% happy with your custom item before it is made. If you do not respond within 23 hours, then we will have to move forward with your order. This unfortunately means that if the item is not how you'd like it look then we are NOT responsible since proofs were provided. 

For returns, please first contact us at graceandgrahamdesigns@gmail.com, to make sure that the item is eligible and for the return shipping address. Grace & Graham Designs is not responsible for the return shipping cost or if the item is lost during shipping back to us. If the item being returned was eligible for free shipping  a fee of $5-$8 will be deducted from the return.
